• 01 Where are you based and where do you shoot?

  Klix Photography is based in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. We shoot across the entire island, including Grace Bay Beach, Taylor Bay, Long Bay, Chalk Sound, and resort properties such as Beaches Turks and Caicos. We are happy to travel to any location that works for your session.

• 02 What types of photoshoots do you offer?

  We offer a wide range of professional photography sessions including couples photoshoots, family portraits, maternity sessions, kids and newborn photography, solo portraits, graduation photoshoots, surprise proposals, engagement sessions, and sunset photography. Every session is tailored to you and your story.

• 03 How far in advance should I book?

  We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak travel season (December through April). Sunrise and sunset slots fill up quickly, so the earlier you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred time and location. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on availability.

• 04 What is the best time of day for a photoshoot in Turks and Caicos?

  The golden hour — the hour just after sunrise or just before sunset — offers the most flattering, warm, and dramatic light. These are our most popular session times. Midday sessions are also available; Turks and Caicos has beautifully clear water that photographs stunningly in bright light, and we know exactly how to work with the tropical sun to get great results at any time of day.

• 05 How many photos will I receive and how long does delivery take?

  The number of edited images depends on the session length and package selected. You can expect a fully edited, high-resolution gallery delivered within 1–3 business days. Your images will be delivered via an online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints directly.

• 06 What should we wear for our photoshoot?

  We recommend wearing outfits that complement each other rather than matching exactly — coordinating colours work beautifully against the turquoise water and white sand. Flowing dresses, linen shirts, and light neutral tones photograph especially well. Avoid very busy patterns or logos. Once you book, we're happy to provide personalised styling guidance based on your session type and location.

• 07 Do you offer videography or drone footage?

  Yes — we offer video sessions and drone aerial footage as add-ons or standalone bookings. Aerial shots of the turquoise waters and white sand beaches of Turks and Caicos make for breathtaking content. Please enquire when booking and we'll put together a package that suits your needs.

• 08 What happens if it rains or the weather is bad on the day of my session?

  Turks and Caicos enjoys sunshine for the majority of the year, but weather can occasionally be unpredictable. If conditions are unsuitable for your session, we will reschedule at no extra charge to the next available slot that works for both parties. We monitor the weather closely and will be in touch with you if we anticipate any issues.

• 09 How do I book and what is your payment policy?

  You can book directly through our website at klixphotographer.com/contact or by reaching out via email or social media. A deposit is required to secure your session date, with the remaining balance due before or on the day of your shoot. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers.

• 10 Do you travel for destination photoshoots outside of Turks and Caicos?

  Yes, we are available for destination bookings across the Caribbean and beyond. Travel fees and accommodation costs would be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
